CRS CRM

Job management for content restoration and packout companies

What this app does

The purpose of CRS CRM is to provide a Customer Relationship Management platform for Content Restoration. It provides abilities such as:

CRS CRM is a web application that content restoration companies use to run a job from the first call to the final invoice. One record per job holds the property owner's details, the insurance claim and adjuster, the services performed, the packout and packback schedule, the crew's tasks, the job's cost and margin, and its invoice and payment status. It replaces the spreadsheets and general-purpose databases these businesses typically outgrow.

CRS CRM is operated by CliqueUp Inc. It is subscription software sold to restoration businesses, not a consumer application: accounts are issued by the subscribing company to its own staff, and there is no public sign-up. Each business works in its own isolated workspace.

Why CRS CRM asks for access to your Google account

Two features can connect to a Google account. Both are optional, both are started by the person using the app rather than by us, and each is authorized separately. If neither is connected, CRS CRM requests no Google data at all and the rest of the application works normally.

Google Calendar — so scheduled jobs appear on your calendar

When a user connects Google Calendar, CRS CRM writes the job schedules it manages onto the calendar that user picks, and updates or removes those events when the schedule changes in the app. This is why the app requests permission to manage calendar events. It reads the list of your calendars only so you can choose which one to write to. It does not read the contents of your existing events, and it does not copy your personal calendar into the application.

Google Contacts — so an incoming job call shows a name

Restoration crews take calls from customers in the field. When a user connects Google Contacts, CRS CRM keeps a dedicated "CRS Customers" contact group on that user's own Google account up to date with the name, phone number, and address of the customers on their active jobs, so their phone shows a name instead of an unknown number. This is why the app requests permission to manage contacts. It creates, updates, and deletes only the contacts it made for this purpose — it does not read, change, or delete the user's other contacts, and it does not copy existing contacts into the application.

Google data obtained this way is used only to provide these two features. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or machine learning models. A user can disconnect at any time from the app's Settings, which revokes the token with Google and deletes the stored mapping, or revoke access directly in their Google account permissions. Full detail, including the Limited Use commitment, is in the Privacy Policy.

Security and privacy

Each business's workspace is isolated at the database level, all traffic is encrypted in transit, stored data and third-party credentials are encrypted at rest, and administrative sign-in requires multi-factor authentication. There are no advertising trackers or analytics tags in the application. What the app collects, who processes it, and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy; the Terms of Service govern use of the app.
